## Ingredients

- 4 fresh bluefish fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil (for grilling)

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

## Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and thoroughly clean the grates.
