## Ingredients

- 4 (6 oz) fresh grouper fillets
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with a small amount of olive oil.

3. Drizzle the remaining olive oil evenly over the fish.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the fish is completely opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
