  • 12 oz squid ink pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the squid ink pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
