Ingredients
- 4 fresh swordfish steaks (about 6 oz each, 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
